Presentation

In order to meet the needs and expectations of customers in a better way, the STMS Directorate maintains its system of quality management in the periodic evaluation and continually improving its efficiency. This system based on strategic processes, implementation and support is housed in a network.

Within this system, the directorate :

  • Updates measurable quality objectives
  • Maintains its HSSE policy
  • Assigns staff according to qualification and competence levels to various structures of the company
  • Assigns responsibilities and authorities of the process leaders
  • Raises awareness of the staff of the company to this drown quality policy, especially on the importance of the meeting the customers’ needs
  • Ensures that the internal and external communication is fluid.
  • Evaluates the QMS efficiency according to measures related to the performance of processes and statistics of customers’ satisfaction.
  • Organizes at least once a year, and every important event, a management review starting from the results of this evaluation to prepare an action plan for improvement of the QMS.
  • Maintain its management representative authorized to represent the company with its external interlocutors

To this end we provide the necessary resources to achieve the following quality objectives of the company:
